@forestvanslyke Thanks for this. What do you do if you find you can't answer a high proportion of the questions? (E.g. "I don't share that premise"; "Too many variables for me to give a single answer"; "What are you trying to get at here?"; "What do you really want to know?" etc.)

Maybe: buy both, then when you review it you can describe how much more brilliant it is?
Changing organisational behaviours takes patience, education and support if you want to bring people along with you, especially if your focus is cultivating inclusion. There’s a delicate balance between moving too quickly and taking it too slow!
