A new surf destination is coming to west Placer. 🏄

The Placer County Planning Commission approved plans for the Alchemy Surf Resort, a recreational and hospitality destination planned within Placer One.

Plans include a 5-acre surf lagoon, 100-room hotel, bungalows, dining, an action sports hub and more.
