Shane O’ Farrell was knocked down in the Summer of 2011 while cycling in Carrickmacross. He lost his young life.

The man who knocked him down drove off and left him on the roadside. That man was a serial criminal who continued to commit crimes while out on bail. 

It is clear that the entire criminal justice system failed the family of Shane O’ Farrell.
