@SFGiants Rogers is showing more and more that he isn’t a true closer. Yes, he has a very unique and antiquated style of pitching. But, teams have done their scouting; and have exposed weaknesses in his game. I think he’s a good specialist type pitcher, but he shouldn’t be THE closer
@aerynrocks1@CA_EDD I’ve had my claim get messed up FOUR different times over the last 12 months. Each time I had to get ahold of a live person to get it fixed. None of this is done automatically on their end. Its so frustrating. It is a scam, but the real scam is who oversees the EDD.
@CA_EDD ..extension. Got an notice today about PEUC (additional benefits). But now I’m stuck with pending payments. I didn’t even bother to certify beyond the first two weeks of April as the last FOUR times I have to call and get ahold of someone to clear my pending. Hope it goes thru
@CA_EDD My claim is so messed up. Refiled over the phone in April. Got a new claim letter and denial (which I was told was normal). 2 months later nothing. Got ahold of an assemblyman, and gave info but didn’t hear back. Got ahold of another rep (somehow) last Fri, said I needed an ext
@CA_EDD Isn’t every day a holiday for you EDD? Your phone lines are ALWAYS closed. Which claims do you process? Self service automated? That doesn’t do jack for people who need their accounts to be updated by a HUMAN. These tweets are infuriating 🤬
@CA_EDD EDD you’re a joke. You have time to include a message about the holiday in the automated message when you call customer service. But you CANT remove the regurgitated message about how to apply online, federal extensions and how “you’re here to help” which wastes everyone’s time
@chartrainer@CA_EDD Damn. I reapplied over the phone, too. But that was like 8 weeks ago. Got a claim letter and denial letter. Nothing updated online. Got another notice to now reapply again. Contacted my assemblyman, but haven’t heard anything else. Can’t get ahold of a live rep so I’m SOL
@_obri3@Tort614@quidd If Quidds reputation is based on Twitter, then it’s an accurate representation. Moreso, if they are so concerned with that reputation, then even more reason to acknowledge the issue and address it. A month isn’t what’s considered a timely fashion.
@_obri3@Tort614@quidd It’s the principle of the matter. A company steals $10 from you, and promises to make amends on that within 24-48 hours. It’s been 30 days now. Every bit of criticism is justified and deserved. Not sure why you feel the need to challenge others who are aggravated by this

Quidd would rather get in flame wars with other tech companies than actually address concerns of customers who help keep (or kept), the app afloat. Lack of vision and priorities there from a business standpoint.

@BramKrypto@quidd The “social media person” responding to most of these posts is the CEO of Quidd; Michael Bramlage, which makes it even worse in my opinion. But the level of unprofessionalism isn’t anything new for Quidd standards.
