@FedEx@FedExHelp What are our options for a successful delivery when we aren’t home. The tag the driver left gives us no direction or guidance, and your staff was less than helpful when we called.
@FedExHelp@FedEx What’s the point of being able to pre-sign for a package when your driver ignores it, and doesn’t even bring the package to the door? And the tag they leave has 0 information. This is the second time in less than a week that this has happened.
@FedEx@FedExHelp We both work, we can’t be home during the day, that’s why the package was pre-sighed for (the paper on the door that your driver looked right at and ignored). Not to mention he didn’t deliver the second package he had that didn’t require a signature.
How come the work equality conversation never includes the outrage when the men in the office decide last minute to do picture day for your IDs and expect you to have your picture taken with your everyday makeup, and not ‘I’m being photographed’ makeup?
