Nobody tells you how hard it is to rewrite your brain so you can allow amazing things to happen to you after so much trauma and hurt. Blessings exist, good people exist a softer life exists. Let it happen

As a Senior Consultant, the reason I haven't raised my voice is simple:
When the interns are gone, I will gladly show up at 5AM, clerk 80 patients, draw the blood, and run the night calls myself.
I am superhuman. Obviously.
As a Senior Nursing Officer, the reason I am silent is obvious:
I have no problem running three wards alone, fixing lines, tracking vitals, delivering babies, doing the paperwork.
I don't need hands. I have dedication.
As a Policymaker, the reason I haven't spoken is elegant:
The interns are a budget problem I solved by terming the students.
My children are not doing internship in Uganda, after all.
As a Patient, the reason I haven't complained is clear:
Even if the doctor cutting me open has worked 36 hours without food, just cut me open and take the baby out.
Hunger sharpens the hands. Everyone knows this.
As a Citizen, the reason I am unbothered is rational:
None of my children is a medic.
I have my pastor.
The system runs on miracles. Always has.
This policy is brilliant.
Let's all stay quiet and watch the magic happen.
Today, UCLF had the privilege of conducting a pastoral visit at @JudiciaryUG , where we shared fellowship and prayer with our members Hon. Justice Matovu, Head of the Criminal Division, Her Worship Katushabe and Her Worship Sarah Tusiime Bashaija.
We are grateful for their dedication to the administration of justice and pray for God's wisdom, strength and guidance as they serve our nation. #UCLF #FaithAndJustice
FROM UPE-POWERED VILLAGE SCHOOL OMUNTEBE PRIMARY SCHOOL-KAZO TO WORKING WITH THE GREAT MAKERERE UNIVERSITY.
First frame is last day at Omuntebe Primary School @KazoDLG as I finished my last PLE paper about 17 years ago.
Well, that shirt wasn't mine ๐ญ. I borrowed it from a fellow classmate @allan_kamp who joined us in P.7 at this great village UPE school from a top school in kampala as a punishment from his parents ๐. I removed my Pink ๐ฉท Shirt and put it on for a photoshoot b'se it looked adorably unique๐ช.
After this photoshoot moment, I wore my real pink shirt and headed for my last speech as the head boy of the school to all pupils who had gathered to bid farewell to the candidates. Meanwhile, I was uniquely the Head Boy both in P.6 and P.7 and that same thing happened during my highschool times where I was elected the full HEAD PREFECT both in 'O' and A'Levels.
During my early career preparations, my dream was to study at @Makerere. God didn't approve it because when I applied for government financial assistance through @HESFSUG, I was posted elsewhere. I didn't know God wanted me to join Makerere not as an undergrad student but rather as a credible staff member ๐ญ.
