@LRoy3@MarcGravely As an insurance broker, I can assure you and everyone else that read it that your comment is generally incorrect. Subsequent damage due to a primary loss from a covered peril is covered. The only instance your scenario would prove true is if wind damage was an excluded peril.
@AmiriKing Unless her leg is 6 ft long, there’s no way he ran over her foot as stated in the news report. They may be guilty of the shoplifting, and definitely resisting/fleeing, but the assault charges won’t stick and she should be disciplined/terminated for excessive use of force. 😑
@JonathonHunt04 @soonergridiron The Guard is the one that screwed up. He vacated his gap to help the tackle and created a gigantic hole for the LB to run through. The Center didn’t have time to slide over that fast to pick up the LB, hence the chip. After that he was waiting for someone to cross his face.
