⛳💛 Some partnerships do more than support a programme — they help shape its future.

The Southern Guards GC Foundation is incredibly grateful for the longstanding support of The R&A Foundation, whose commitment to golf development has been part of the Academy’s journey since 2010.

Following Louis Oosthuizen’s historic Open Championship victory at St Andrews, The R&A Foundation became one of the Academy’s first financial supporters, providing annual grants that have helped drive our golf development programme forward.

Today, The R&A Foundation is the main sponsor of the Southern Guards GC Academy’s Golf Development Programme, helping give young golfers access to coaching, opportunities and a pathway to develop their game. Their support also extends to initiatives encouraging more young women to discover and play golf — helping make the game more accessible to the next generation.

Thank you, The R&A Foundation, for believing in the power of golf to change lives and for helping us grow the game for generations to come. 💛

🎗️💛 Behind every brave little warrior is a child who just wants to be a child.

A day at school.
A game with friends.
A birthday surrounded by loved ones.
A chance to laugh, play and dream about the future.

For children battling cancer, life can look very different.

At the Southern Guards GC Foundation, we are proud to support Kids With Cancer, helping bring practical support, care and hope to children and families navigating one of life's toughest journeys.

Through our partnership with Cupcakes of Hope, we are helping make sure families don't have to face this journey alone.

Because behind every diagnosis is a child with dreams.
And behind every child is a family hoping for brighter days. 💛

Together, we can help bring more smiles, more hope and more precious moments to these young warriors.

🍎 Every child deserves the chance to learn, grow and dream—and it all starts with good nutrition. 💛

The iPapa Feeding Programme, proudly supported by the Southern Guards GC Foundation, is helping combat child hunger by providing nutritious meals to young children and vulnerable communities across the Southern Cape.

Through partnerships with Early Childhood Development centres, community feeding initiatives and local organisations, iPapa is ensuring that more children have the nourishment they need to thrive during their most important years of development.

Because a nutritious meal is more than food—it is hope, opportunity and the foundation for a brighter future.

Together, we can help ensure that no child is held back by hunger.

🏠 Every child deserves a place to feel safe, loved and hopeful. 💛

For many vulnerable children, Sinethemba Hope House is exactly that—a place where healing begins, confidence is restored and brighter futures take shape.

As one of the beneficiary partners of the Southern Guards GC Foundation, Sinethemba provides a nurturing home where children who have experienced abuse, neglect and hardship receive the care, education and support they need to rebuild their lives.

Here, children are given more than a safe place to stay. They are given the opportunity to learn, grow, dream and believe in themselves again.

Together, we can help ensure that every child has the chance to experience the love, security and hope they deserve.

No child should have to spend their days in hospital instead of the playground. 💛
No parent should have to watch their child fight a battle no family ever expects.

Yet for thousands of families, childhood cancer is a reality that changes everything.

Behind every diagnosis is a child who still dreams of birthdays, school adventures, family holidays and simply feeling well enough to play with friends.

This month, the Southern Guards GC Foundation stands with every brave young warrior and every family facing this journey.

Through our Kids with Cancer initiative, in partnership with Cupcakes of Hope, we are helping provide hope, practical support and compassion when it is needed most.

Because every child deserves more laughter than fear.
More memories than hospital visits.
More hope than heartbreak.

This September, help us raise awareness, stand with these incredible children and remind every family that they are never alone.
