Neat paper by Braun et al. (2020) in @SGRjournal looking at the dynamics of team cohesion, coordination and performance 👯
TLDR:
- Newly formed teams of three completed a computer-based 'resource foraging simulation' task under time pressure
- Team cohesion and coordination contributed to performance
- The extent to which these factors contribute changes over time (even within a few hours)
= Team states and processes are dynamic but some are potentially more relevant at certain phases of task/life cycles
