@joeschwarten @DowntownCLE I live on PS. Walk through the park on a daily basis. I see kids playing in or near the fountains and grass running out into the street. I expect the buses will be rerouted at some point. I take public transit and a proponent of RTA. Just think PS needs to be pedestrian-oriented.

@joeschwarten I do love the Heinens space if possible. Tower City has space but not sure it would have needed street frontage. What about as part of the redevelopment of Galleria?
