@IndianOilcl my PLG distributor has poor service and for past 3 days I am unable to get the issue resolved. I had to raise Service Request 1-1606544282854 for replacement of a defective cylinder. Nobody takes the responsibilty and passes only phones numbers.

I booked the cylinder on 17th March 2026, made a payment online with a receipt for your online payment of Rs 939, against Order no. 2-005545440838 delay in cylinder delivery, booking is processed but no DAC yet

however its been almost 3 months and still the status is" Submitted". Kindly check and make sure the government services are good if not the best. She is 72.
