Just an ancidote about settlement times. Standard settlment for currencies is T+2. Its an anachronism. USD/CAD is T+1 because NYC and Toronto were close for papers to be sent overnight. Everything is digital now. I have done T+0 CAD trades. T+1 does not take 2 years to implement
