@googlefiber Clay. I got frustrated and canceled the service. If there is anything you can do I would be interested in trying again. I think the product is great but they have installed the line 3 different times and it keeps getting damaged and service goes out

I've had three failed installation attempts — the techs either don't show up, or show up unprepared and leave. This has been going on for weeks. Can someone actually get this scheduled and done?
