@VerizonSupport is at it again. After lying about what's required to install a second eSIM, I spent another 6 hours with them today because the $700 I paid to unlock his phone didn't unlock his phone.

A pattern is emerging. Support refuses to help me. I give them appropriate feedback at their prompting…then they come at me again wondering how they can make me happy.

Another half day on the phone with @Verizon @VerizonSupport solved nothing. Last week was promised a phone unlock so my son could get a second eSIM for grad school abroad. Several days $$s later, I was informed that was never going to happen. #buyerbeware off to @TMobile

@Verizon on with your customer service. My son is traveling internationally and wants to install an eSim. I'm told you won't unlock my phone to accommodate. Their only solution was to charge an additional $100 per month for that line. GREAT WAY TO LOSE FIVE LINES FOREVER.

@Delta currently on a flight from MOT to MSP. CRJ 900, aisle seat row 5. Flight attendant approached me from behind with cart as I slept. She smashed into my arm and then complained that the aisle was too narrow. Despite my obvious pain, no apology. Thanks for shit service.

@cariboucoffee I love visiting your stores when I am in the Midwest. However, my last two experiences in two different Minot North Dakota stores have left me questioning that. Both times the coffee was lukewarm and weak. That’s despite the fact that I ordered the dark roast.
