Sharing (from my prior role) a just-published policy brief I co-wrote on India’s work on institutionalizing SDG localization at multiple levels of governance, where the SDG framework is a reference point for billions of dollars of local government spending. @UNDP_India
With a population exceeding 1.4 billion, #India 🇮🇳 will play a leading role in determining the relative success or failure of the #SDGs!
India has made a policy choice to prioritize the institutionalization of the SDGs.

The morning after. Disappointment. But an awareness that we saw this team play special cricket for 10 games in a row. And a big big shout-out to Rahul Dravid; stayed in the background while the team was winning, fronted up when the team lost. Backed players, created a fantastic combination with Rohit and, well, was just utterly decent as always
