इस घटना में दो पुलिसकर्मी शामिल थे—एक लगभग 5.5 फीट के, थोड़ा कम हाइट और दुबले, उम्र लगभग 25–30 वर्ष। दूसरा जो लगेज बेल्ट के पास बैठा था और जिसने मुझे धक्का दिया, उसकी उम्र लगभग 35–40 वर्ष थी।

Then suddenly started abusive slang like “police maar legi” and “g***d…”, and pushed me, causing my phone to fall and its screen to crack.

Later, I was indirectly asked to pay ₹500 to proceed. This clearly shows harassment and then corruption.

Dear @NHAI_Official @fastagofficial , the annual pass system not working properly turned my recent 2000 km road trip into a frustrating experience. Instead of benefiting from the pass, I ended up paying over ₹3000 in tolls.
