Being a founder is stressful.

I started Susa when I was 25 y/o. At the time, I didn’t have any experience balancing health and work.

In the first couple years, I was hospitalized twice, as stress from work exacerbated a medical diagnosis I had recently received.

What I was doing wasn’t sustainable.

Once I made health a priority, I performed at my best. Sure, startups require periods of intense sprints, but eventually, you need to care of yourself.

I’m excited to partner with @Superpower, a Susa company, to provide our portfolio founders with the support they need to make health a priority. Our commitment covers the entire cost of the superpower membership for their first year.
