The biggest reveal is the all-new Reserve tier.

Reserve upgrades are rolling out selectively.

The eligibility criteria remain unknown, but those who received the email and submitted the form are expected to be among the first.

Here’s what’s changing:
• Exclusive black/grey metal membership card (Reserve only).
• Faster Star earnings, with Reserve expected to earn up to 5 Stars per ₹100.
• Free drink redemptions across Tall, Grande & Venti.
• Redeem for food instead of the free drink.
• Priority access to Starbucks events.

Reserve members will be invited to their most-visited store, where the store manager will personally hand over the metal card with a small celebration.

More details should follow once the rollout begins.
