We were delighted to welcome Enda Kenny to HomePlace last weekend for a leather satchel workshop, where he shared traditional techniques and guided participants in making their own handmade satchels to take home.

We were delighted to welcome Year 11 pupils from St Eunan’s College to HomePlace this week for our Alphabets education programme.
The students enjoyed taking part in creative activities and exploring our award-winning exhibition celebrating the life and work of Seamus Heaney.
Our Education Officer and Creative Learning Officer had a wonderful time hosting a workshop at the Ballyscullion Park Book Festival last Sunday!
Children explored Seamus Heaney’s poem ‘Churning Day’, took part in craft activities and even had the chance to make their own butter.
