24/24 So here is our invitation — especially to those who disagree with us:
Bring the TX.
Bring the contract.
Bring the block.
Bring the code.
Bring the document.
Bring the data.
If it confirms our work, the evidence becomes stronger.
If it completes our work, the public record becomes better.
If it contradicts our work, we investigate it.
If it proves us wrong, we correct it publicly.
SHIB Academy does not want the community to believe us.
We want the community to be able to verify us.
Perhaps the next chapter should not begin with:
“Who should we follow?”
But with:
“How can SHIB become a community that builds more than it fights?”
EVIDENCE > NARRATIVE
TRANSPARENCY > AUTHORITY
VERIFICATION > TRUST
COMMUNITY > EGO
“We don’t follow narratives.
We follow evidence.”
— SHIB Academy
23/24 Perhaps we have spent too much time asking:
“Who should represent the community?”
Maybe the better question is:
“What system should the community build?”
One where claims can be checked.
Evidence can be reproduced.
Corrections are visible.
Conflicts can be disclosed.
Disagreement is permitted.
And nobody has to be trusted blindly.
22/24 We therefore propose 10 principles for healthier community discussion:
1. Evidence First
2. Right to Question
3. Right to Correct
4. Public Corrections
5. Conflict-of-Interest Disclosure
6. No Single Voice for SHIB
7. Contribution Over Status
8. Moderation With Proportionality
9. Primary Sources
10. Community Before Ego
21/24 The same applies to community governance.
Moderation can be necessary.
But MODERATION ≠ DECENTRALIZATION.
A healthy community should tolerate legitimate disagreement.
People should be able to question decisions, challenge evidence and propose corrections without automatically becoming enemies.
No individual or group should become the unquestionable voice of SHIB.
Including SHIB Academy.
20/24 But evidence-first works in BOTH directions.
It must also protect people from unsupported accusations.
CONTROL ≠ ABUSE
ADDRESS ≠ ENTITY
INTERACTION ≠ COMMON CONTROL
SOCIAL ASSOCIATION ≠ WALLET OWNERSHIP
VOTE ≠ EXECUTION
TRANSFER ≠ OWNERSHIP
Investigation should reduce speculation — not manufacture more of it.
19/24 ASKING QUESTIONS IS NOT FUD.
Examining a TX is not automatically an attack.
Auditing a contract is not automatically an accusation.
Asking who holds an administrative permission is not automatically hostility.
Requesting evidence for a public statement is not disloyalty.
And proving that an initial concern was unfounded is a successful investigative result.
18/24 Reality is not always binary.
That is why our investigations distinguish between:
CONFIRMED
PARTIALLY CONFIRMED
NOT CONFIRMED
CONTRADICTED
NOT EXECUTED
NO HARD EDGE FOUND AT CUTOFF
UNKNOWN — EXHAUSTED
Sometimes the most accurate conclusion is simply:
“We do not know yet.”
17/24 Those statements are fundamentally different.
“NO HARD EDGE FOUND AT CUTOFF” describes what our evidence was capable of demonstrating at a defined moment.
“DOES NOT EXIST” claims knowledge beyond that evidence.
Evidence-first means knowing when to strengthen a conclusion.
But it also means knowing when to weaken one.
That is not failure.
That is the method working.
16/24 We have already applied this standard to ourselves.
During our latest forensic investigation, we subjected our own conclusions to additional counter-tests and adversarial review.
Some formulations were too strong.
So we narrowed them.
Where the evidence supported:
“NO HARD EDGE FOUND AT CUTOFF”
we refused to convert that into:
“THE RELATIONSHIP DOES NOT EXIST.”
15/24 And if that evidence proves us wrong?
We correct the record publicly.
Not quietly.
Not by pretending the previous conclusion never existed.
A material public error deserves a visible public correction.
Because protecting an ego is less important than protecting the accuracy of the information available to the community.
14/24 If another researcher finds the missing piece, we want it.
If a critic finds contradictory evidence, we want to examine it.
If a developer can demonstrate that we misunderstood a contract, bring the code.
If someone completes an evidentiary chain we could not complete, add it.
Better evidence improves the investigation — regardless of who finds it.
13/24 Imagine we publish a conclusion supported by everything we could reproduce.
Later, someone finds a TX, contract, block, document, code or dataset showing that our conclusion was incomplete, too broad or wrong.
That person has NOT defeated SHIB Academy.
They have helped SHIB Academy accomplish its objective:
making the public record more accurate.
12/24 OUR GOAL IS NOT TO “WIN.”
And our goal is not to prove that SHIB Academy was right.
Our objective is to get the most complete, transparent and honest representation of reality possible in front of the community.
That distinction is fundamental.
11/24 This also means something important:
Personal conduct does not determine evidentiary value.
Someone we disagree with can provide correct evidence.
Someone respected by the community can make an incorrect statement.
A developer can be wrong.
A critic can be right.
And SHIB Academy can be wrong.
The evidence decides.
10/24 That standard is:
CLAIM
↓
PRIMARY SOURCE
↓
TX / CONTRACT / BLOCK / CODE / DOCUMENT / DATA
↓
INDEPENDENT REPRODUCTION
↓
COUNTER-TEST
↓
LIMITATIONS
↓
CONCLUSION
Not:
Who said it?
Who do they support?
Do we like them?
Which faction are they associated with?
Evidence first.
9/24 WHY DID WE CREATE SHIB ACADEMY?
Not to create another faction.
Not to become another authority.
Not to attack developers, community members, influencers or researchers.
We created it because too much information around SHIB had become mixed with personalities, loyalties, rivalries, expectations, FOMO and FUD.
We wanted a different standard.
8/24 We want every important conclusion to stand or fall on material that others can examine independently.
A name does not make a transaction true.
A title does not change what a smart contract does.
Popularity does not turn an allegation into evidence.
And anonymity does not exempt SHIB Academy from proving what it publishes.
7/24 The identities of the people working inside SHIB Academy are deliberately kept private.
That privacy is NOT evidence of authority.
And we do not ask anyone to believe our conclusions because of who we are.
Quite the opposite.
Our identities are not the evidence.
The evidence is the evidence.
6/24 We work collectively.
Research subjects are discussed.
We ask why a subject matters, what exactly is being claimed, what evidence would be necessary to test it and what would falsify our working hypothesis.
Different people contribute different experience, perspectives and skills.
No single personality is supposed to be the product.
