SHINE is a community-based, not-for-profit group in Sheffield that helps young people aged 10-17 years lose weight, and increase their confidence & self esteem.
A new advertising and sponsorship policy, one of the most ambitious in the country, was adopted this week by Sheffield City Council’s Finance Committee.
