I always expected better facilities for senior citizens from Modi government but its disappointing to see such insensitivities by passport department. I am not arguing for undue favor just a walkin for my old and sick mother. This does not echo with new and better india promise.

@DrSJaishankar I applied for a passport for my 75 Yo mother, couldn't get appointment b4 16 Nov at POPSK jabalpur. As per new reports this govt has allowd walkins for elderly but cus care told me that its not available anymore.She is alone and i need to return back to US on 12th.

Again called lineman and informed that my grandmother need nebulizer but no positive response. I shared number and screenshot but CMO cant call and ask him. I am so disappointed. God save people in rural area if this is what i am facing in NCR.

Its being dark now and now no one will repair the fault. Please do something. We need nebulizer to operate for asthma patient.

Everytime its the same no one helps in DHBVN. All landline numbers are dysfunctional. Linemen are locals and behave like goons. SDO number is not available. Centralized customer care is of no help. Linemen even don't listen to them.
