@WHOISbinit But the trick is I didn't smoke . I just delayed my gift . So after completing another 20% then I smoked cigarette.
But again Didn't smoke .
So continuing this strategy I have developed the habit of doing things.
@WHOISbinit I have faced this exact problem from mid 2020 to the end . Just thinking and not doing anything .
So one day I just sat and made a routine . Never follow the routine .
Now in order to follow the routine I gave myself a task .For completing 20% routine I smoked cigarette.
