A global campaign is growing against the Islamic Republic’s use of death sentences and executions as tools of fear and repression.

Through the #LastBreath campaign, people, influencers and public figures around the world are using their platforms to speak the names of political prisoners facing execution, tell their stories and demand that their lives be spared.

This is not a momentary wave of attention. It is a sustained effort to keep these prisoners visible, build international pressure and ensure that no one is taken to the gallows in silence.

Their names must be heard. Their stories must remain visible. Their lives may still be saved.

Six brothers from a working-class neighborhood in Tehran built a small furniture workshop into a successful nationwide business.

Then, in January 2026, one of them, Hamid Arzanlou, was shot in the head by regime forces in Tehranpars. His brother Vahid ran to help him. He was shot twice in the neck.

Both brothers fell into comas. Hamid died first. Vahid died days later.

Their mother lost two sons. Five children lost their fathers.

They were heroes. They had also played an important role in the furniture market strikes that accompanied the January uprising.

Ali Zarei, a patriotic political prisoner blinded in one eye during the 2022 uprising, announced in a phone message from Ghezel Hesar Prison that his unjust death sentence has been upheld by the Islamic Republic’s court.

Emphasizing that he has never engaged in any violent acts, Zarei urged human rights organizations and the global public to be his voice and stop the Islamic Republic from executing him.

Stand with Ali Zarei and be his voice. Do not let the regime’s killing machine take the life of this brave young man.

I enjoyed a breakfast meeting with the Iranian Crown Prince @PahlaviReza. It was a blessing to hear of his passion for freedom, including religious freedom, for the Iranian people. His heart reminded me of King Cyrus, whom God used to allow the rebuilding of the Temple in Jerusalem.

Pray that the people of Iran one day will be able to hear the Gospel of Christ openly and experience complete freedom.

حرکت این تریلی از خیابان نورث فینچلی آغاز شد، در کنار دیوار یادبود جاویدنامان در گلدرز‌ گرین توقف کرد و سپس با عبور از محله‌های مختلف لندن، مسیر خود را به سوی سفارت اشغالی ایران ادامه داد.
