@Sonos frustrated beyond now. I have a perfectly good sonos 5 gen 1 and cannot use it after update not even using a 3.5 mm phono jack in to it from Samsung tab . Let alone on WiFi. Have followed all instructions still nothing grrrrrrrrr.

@eon_next morning. Can you advise me on a visit from a gentleman from Morrison service supply that came to my door while I wasn't home. He left a card saying he needs to read my gas meter. I am on a smart meter why do I need it read by someone if it is a smart meter
