L'obra de #JoanMiró també és present a la Xina, a través de l'exposició que s'ha inaugurat avui mateix al metro de #Shangai.

Es tracta de "Joan Miró: l'art com a llenguatge essencial", que es pot visitar fins al 31 de març de 2026 a la cèntrica estació de Middle Longhua Road (línies 7 i 12), en una galeria oberta al públic mitjançant la instal·lació de reproduccions a gran escala d'obres emblemàtiques de Miró, adaptades amb cura per conservar-ne l'escala, el color i la textura originals.

Un projecte que ha estat possible gràcies a la col·laboració de la #FundacióMiró amb el @InstCervantes, l'Embaixada d'Espanya a Pekín, la @AECID_es i @Turespana_.

❓❓ Coneixes Michael Corinne West? I si et diem que en realitat era una dona artista i que el seu nom real era Corinne?

🎨 El seu no era un cas aïllat, sinó que moltes altres artistes que trobaràs a l'exposició #MiróEstatsUnits, com ara l'artista que signava com a Peter Miller (en realitat era Henrietta Myers Miller), també van haver de canviar-se el nom per tal de poder-se fer un lloc en la societat i en el món artístic del país nordamericà de després de la Segona Guerra Mundial.

🖌️ Moltes d'aquestes artistes treballarien al costat d'artistes homes a l'Atelier 17, un espai creatiu únic en el qual Miró també participaria i coneixeria diverses tècniques artístiques, intercanviaria idees i coneixeria de primera mà l'ambient artístic dels Estats Units d'aquell moment.
