We have make a lot of progress in the Solana wallet on Watch, Proof of Togetherness, Embedded AI, Industrial design. Unfortunately, we fail to secure enough funding

In the past half year, we tried hard to negotiable with suppliers and resellers, seeked for alternative production strategies, and new source of funding. A lot of industry peers offered help and referral, we hustled for a feasible way out. Yet we cannot break through the barriers for licensing, manufacturing, testing and approvals.

Since we cannot delivery the watch within this year, we decide to refund. All Showtimers will receive emails about how to apply refund. We will also hold AmA in Chinese and in English next week, in order to explain, to listen to you and answer your questions.

我們在手表錢包、PoT 交互技術、嵌入式 AI 、工業設計取得進展。無奈的是，我們在融資層面進展並不順利。

過去年半我們多翻跟不同供應商、分銷商交涉，尋找替代方案，以及新的資金、批量訂單來源。雖然得到許多朋友幫助和轉介，個別方案甚至看到眉目，但始終未能越過生產、合規測試、平台授權的門檻。

有監於無法在今年之內發貨，我們決定開啟退款申請。所有訂戶將會收到電郵通知，說明退款方案細則。下周我們會分別以中英文進行兩場 AmA ，以向大家解釋、交待和答問。

中文 AMA 時段： 3 月 25 日（周二）晚上 9 點（香港時間）
