#Stonington High’s Josh Mooney is surprised with a limo ride to the CIAC’s All State banquet and a police escort. Mooney broke the CT state record en route to winning a National Championship in the 110 Meter Hurdles. Long distance runner Ryan Gruczka is also an All State athlete.
