@TheF1fthSource holy fuck those are not the same fans please stop saying this stupid shit

[Ruby @SHSLRuby]

@thedaishow @IfeD51 the reason they need the power of the full moon to bloodbend is because bloodbending takes a LOT of power to do, waterbenders are much stronger during a full moon, this is not an assumption, this is told to us point blank in the show

[Ruby @SHSLRuby]

@thedaishow @IfeD51 again, narratively the show does not support this, we are not told anything other than that yakone, tarrlok, and amon can bloodbend and narratively they're treated as the only ones who can

@arwys_art what is this timing, i am showing a friend dragon ball and we just got to the end of the goku/tien fight where launch begs tien to move in with her

[Arwy @arwys_art]

tienlaunch how I love you

[Ruby @SHSLRuby]

@VON_G59 @Super4Luke @AeonPeneko it's probably not but my point was that the takoyaki scene mirrors the bingo scene from the movie in terms of narrative, so it should not have been removed at all since "vegeta sacrificing his pride for the earth" is part of toriyama's vision

[Ruby @SHSLRuby]

@justaguy0507 okay this scene is very clearly meant to be comedic

[Ruby @SHSLRuby]

@VON_G59 @Super4Luke @AeonPeneko the takoyaki scene was not in DBS Beerus, it was removed unfortunately

Also I genuinely think that if you believe Vegeta's bingo dance is a bad moment you're not a true Vegeta fan
"unheee unheeee how could you do that to my character that I don't even understand unheeeeeee he's supposed to be cool and say stuff for me to put on my gym shirt unheeee"

[Ruby @SHSLRuby]

@thedaishow @IfeD51 and we don't know the strength requirement but we KNOW it's absurd seeing as they're the ONLY 3 waterbenders in existence that can do that

[Ruby @SHSLRuby]

@thedaishow @IfeD51 considering that narratively they're treated as the only waterbenders to be able to do so and there's 0 allusions made to katara being capable, then the only thing we can say is as far as the story goes, they are stronger

[Ruby @SHSLRuby]

@VON_G59 @Super4Luke @AeonPeneko yet takoyaki wasn't? i know in the original it was a bingo scene but the takoyaki scene reflects the same thing he does in the movie
