My local river in the @peakdistrict is stunning - but percieved to be off limits to canoeists. Today I've discovered a little haven in Bamford where the village association actively welcome paddlers to their 200m stretch. A little gem! @BritishCanoeing #ClearAccessClearWaters

There will be a tour, a talk and then a lock in with the shop so you can get any bits needed for summer trip or anything else you fancy!

In the midst of exam season we managed to get away for the weekend paddling in Wales. The weather was fantastic we were able to get some great progress made before we head off to Slovinia and Austria in summer.
