SHS Students learning about potatoes this week. They made yummy potato soup, french fries, potato gnocchi, fresh potato chips and tater tots all from scratch. #susdlearns
SHS Students had the opportunity to cook their very own hors d' oeuvres and canapés all inspired by what they learned from their Garde Manger unit. On the menu was tomato bruschetta, tuna ceviche, turkey cranberry tea sandwiches, and cucumber bites.
