Bukayo Saka is like an RCD in electrical work. 😊 You might overlook him when everything is running normally but the moment there’s a fault or leakage he reacts instantly to protect the system. That was Saka tonight for England against Croatia quiet when needed but decisive when his moment came. ⚡️
🗣️Former Chelsea and Villa man Tony Cascarino thinks criticism of #Arsenal’s Bukayo Saka is completely unfair: “Saka’s done brilliant, he’s 25 years old, he’s had an amazing time. The only time I’ve seen him really not play his best football is when he was recovering from injury. He started this season with three goals in five games for Arsenal, so he’s in really good form. I feel like Saka’s become a little bit of a scapegoat. I think he is a huge bonus for England.” 🤝 💯
People were actually trying to call Arsenal cheats because they didn’t like the way we played football last season and rooting for Man City to save football. Arsenal derangement syndrome
“Red cartel” narrative is so funny man. Liverpool went 30 years without a title, Arsenal have just gone 22 years and United are currently on 13 years without one. Meanwhile, in the meantime, Chelsea and City - pumped full of Russian and Emirati oil money - have won loads
Ironic seeing the English media piling on now, after years of brushing everything under the carpet. They've treated City like it never happened and happily celebrated every title alongside them.
And now rival fans are smelling blood and demanding unprecedented punishment. Where was this energy when you were cheering for City in every single title race?
The hypocrisy is staggering. Spineless. Fake. Immoral. Cucks.
I won't forget.
Now it’s confirmed as fact that Manchester City are cheats and have disgraced the game….Can we take another minute to appreciate Mikel Arteta beat them anyway.
City shaped the market with their spending.
They shaped the league with their unprecedented dominance.
They shaped the Champions League by knocking teams out year in, year out.
They put a HUGE blemish on fairness for nearly two decades.
They deserve the most heinous punishment.
@EmreNebioglu@centregoals@MelissaReddy_ You're absolutely right, how did I forget that detail. They have every right to do whatever the others (Arsenal, Liverpool and United) are doing.
Pep Guardiola isn't the type to just suddenly want out of the game he dearly loves. I bet he was aware of something approaching, hence his decision to resign. As soon as reports and rumours of his departure began I knew City were cooked.
Today's performance was atrocious to say the least, but maybe this is exactly the manner of defeat they were in need of if they had their heads in the clouds. All that matters now is how they react.
I know we beat Villa and Chelsea already, but I believe Brighton away is the most the difficult test yet for the Arsenal so far this season. The lads have to be on their A game.
