I ordered a philips viva HL7705 juicer on 18.11.2020(Order#2765),received a damaged product&askedfor refund. I called customercare 10 times&everytime newpickup is given.The last pickup date is 19.12.2020.But today is 5.012021&no pickup.If any help or if I get my refund.

@RailMinIndia I am travelling frm ASN to HWH in 22388 BlackDiamondExp. At Waria some goons tried to snatch my mother bag. When I tried to stop they beat me. There was no RPF. I crossed Panagarh still no RPF. Plz look into the matter.
