@zollotech So frustrating that the US get the new Apple Music playground, but UK don’t. We pay for flag ship phones and it’s all trapped behind rules & regulations. Yet Samsungs features are all there and ready to use anywhere.
@O2 I have complained multiple times via email both exceeded the deadline. I have been through CISAS with no outcome and email higher ups with no response. Proving O2 don’t care! & it was more than just unhelpful in a store it was discrimination against a disability.
Reading all these people complaining about @O2 and getting responses. Yet my complaint has been there since dec 3 and no outcome. Discriminated against in a store and they seem not care just charge us more money for a terrible service.
@O2 have the worst customer service teams from top to bottom including higher up management and even worse at my local store. Discriminating against disabled people and treating customers like 💩
