You know what's fucking wild to me? I've added 100lbs to my lat pulldown since I've started lifting. I know it's over 2 years, but still. Just crazy thinking where I started not so long ago.
@ryanhallyall When we got hit with a tornado in Oklahoma on Nov 2, digital sources were our only information for a couple hours. Definitely grateful for the digital space and the local channels. They are our lifelines down here.
@A_dmg04 Currently, being able to inspect keywords and items in POE2 and get every detail about it. All the information for buffs, debuffs, and damage values are in the game and accessible to every player without the need of 3rd party testing or information.

I've been using bench press as a metric for my weightlifting progress.
When I started may '23 I was struggling for 155 on a smith machine.
This time last year I finally hit 2 plates as my one rep max. And I just now hit 2 plates paused for 7. Feel pretty good about that.
I walk around all the time feeling like a fat piece of shit and then get a pump at the gym and realize it's not so bad.
I mean I'm still a fat piece of shit but at least I feel better about it ig.
