You can disagree with her take without turning it into a character assassination. She stated her preference,simple. It’s not a crime, it’s not a threat, and it definitely doesn’t justify dragging her looks into it. Mocking her appearance just exposes your own lack of substance. Everyone suddenly acting offended, yet forgetting that preference goes both ways. If she doesn’t want to marry a Hausa man, move on. Why force yourself into a space where you’re clearly not wanted? The desperation to seek validation where it isn’t given is louder than her statement itself. And let’s be honest,once you start ridiculing how someone looks, you’ve already lost the argument, because now it’s no longer about her opinion, it’s about your inability to handle it with sense.
