@SamsungIndia I purchased Samsung Book 4 (i5) on 01-05-2025. Within 3 months, the display developed black/white dot issue. The Lakhisarai service center did not give proper resolution As a student, I request urgent replacement or doorstep pickup. Invoice & pics attached.

As of today, the account is still not opened.

Why are zero-balance/BSBDA accounts being denied despite RBI rules allowing them
