Hand-picked Cameo apples. Milled, pressed, slowly fermented & double-distilled. Patiently matured in Limousin casks. Finished in late-harvest Sémillon barrels. Filled & labelled by hand, each topped with a lucky penny whose date indicates the year of bottling.
