@dotagegame Awesome. Can't say I'm not a little bit jealous. Your game looks like it has a ton of potential for emergent gameplay. Meanwhile, the absolute chads who buy my game leave me with gems like this
@musophrenic I think everybody struggles with this on some level. I'm still training myself not to be discouraged when opening twxtter and being met with a barrage of other people's work that's superior to my own
I sometimes wonder if it's better marketing to showcase sloppy/unskilled gameplay. I remember buying Vampire Survivors solely because watching Asmongold attempt to play it was so frustrating

@oneofmoo I'm glad I'm not the only one who suffered through this. I spent the last few weeks of development just quitting out of my own game in various weird spots to see if it would break the savefile. spoiler: it usually did
Holy shit, once you release a game you really get nailed nonstop by emails from streamer impersonators requesting "multiple keys". They almost got me by changing the i's to lowercase L's in the email address

Swatting people off cliffs is fun in this game. Get it now on steam https://t.co/CvmEq1yOMG
