@Desgg94 @wsbradio No partisan reasons here. We've all seen the video. He was on the ground, surrounded, and didn't pose a threat. He didn't deserve to die, but was shot 10 times in the back anyway. Put everything else to the side, are you okay him getting killed for what he did?

2. We have a process for people who break the law, which involves arrest, charges, and a trial. It does not involve getting shot 10 times in the back.
