@mtracey But it has a certain logic to it, right? The best chance to get Trump to stop is pressure at home, and the Epstein story adds domestic pressure against the war. They don't have to believe it to push it.
@Desgg94@wsbradio No partisan reasons here. We've all seen the video. He was on the ground, surrounded, and didn't pose a threat. He didn't deserve to die, but was shot 10 times in the back anyway. Put everything else to the side, are you okay him getting killed for what he did?
@Desgg94@wsbradio 1. Pretti wasn't doing any of those things; he was recording agents and then trying to help a woman who was pepper sprayed.
2. We have a process for people who break the law, which involves arrest, charges, and a trial. It does not involve getting shot 10 times in the back.
@Desgg94@wsbradio Laws that include the 1st, 2nd, and 5th Amendment. He did not bring on his own demise. You, me, Pretti, and every other person have the right to show up to a protest, armed, and not be killed. He wasn't a threat when he was disarmed on the ground.
@Desgg94@wsbradio Are you saying that you think it's justified to shoot someone in the back 10 times, when that person is on the ground, surrounded by agents, just because that person is at a protest and filming federal agents?
