It’s AI help desk and no humans here or on phone…I’ve given up

Waited 13 hrs in Gatwick and you keep hanging up after 30 mins of a phone call each time we speak
£10 voucher is a shambles and communication is terrible…no physical staff at Gatwick is mind boggling
