Reminder: fall sports banquet is Monday the 19th at 5:30pm. Dress appropriately for the occasion. Food assignment are as follows: Freshmen- Side dishes (pastas, etc.)
Sophomores- Main Dishes Juniors- Salad or fruit tray & Drinks
Seniors- Deserts and Drinks

Regionals are next week on Thursday at Burke Lake. boys run at 3:00 while girls run at 3:30. Awards at 4 and on the bus by 4:30

Senior night Update: senior night is Friday Night at the football game. All seniors need to get there half sheets to me. Escorts cans sign into the game at 6:15 and you will line up at 6:30 at the end of the track closest the stadium concessions stand.

Today’s practice will end at 3:30 due to an outside event. Tomorrow bus will leave at 9am, come and support at a fun event, and enjoy our final invitational. Bus should be back around 4/4:30pm

Meet on Wed will follow the course from Saturday's Glory Days Invitational. There will be some of the Cardinal District teams joining us. Races at 4:15 - Boys and 4:45 - Girls.

As of now the meet is still on for this afternoon. The trail is apparently a complete mess. Bring bug spray if you can and plan to get muddy. I’ll update here if anything happens.

Practice today will be out at the battlefield. Remember practice will end at 4:30 not 4 and you must have a ride to pick you up at 4:30.

The team has returned to the school. Congrats to the whole to for a hard day of running. Congrats to Sam and Katie our medalist, and congrats to the Senior Boys varsity B team for their fourth place finish.

Due to course conditions and expected weather, there will be no meet Wednesday. Saturday’s DCXC still looks to be good to go.

We will be selling concessions at Friday’s foot ball game through the third quarter. The last one was a great success and want to have the same result this week.

Update for the week: as of now both scheduled meets are still on, however, weather is supposed to get worse tomorrow before getting better and being clear Friday and Saturday. I will update everyone as soon as I know.
