@AmazonUK how do I get to speak to a Manager? Have been locked out my account for a week now and getting nowhere as to why! Very frustrating and not service i expect when paying for a prime account!
@virginhotelsnyc I’ve booked to stay in March at your NY hotel. You emailed me confirmation & said reply if had any queries. I did & have now emailed you 3 times with no response! Why suggest it if don’t answer? Not happy with level of service & worried on my stay in March now

@virginmedia So if you add £38 to £39.34 you get £77.34 which was the credit you gave me for the previous 3 month errors. So they are taking £38 this month again, not £20 it should be. The 2nd £18 credit has not been applied to bring to £20
@virginmedia Thank you I’ll see you then. Here’s some info. In Aug when they upped my package in error from £20, the new package was £56 minus an £18 promotional disc. This is what confuses it as its the same amount. This makes it £38 a month when it should of been at £20 when put up in error
@virginmedia Well for starters you credited me £77 sthg. I owe nothing on this bill this month but bill says it was £38 but credits cancelled this out. My acc is now in credit by £39 sthg. Take £38 off £77 and you get £39 ? I will try & screenshot bill
@virginmedia This is what you corrected for Aug sep Oct because I was charged £38 and not £20. my November. Bill I can see & email says I will be charged £38? This is what I flagged up with you before, it has one £18 credit on there, plus needs another to adjust to 20 or a single £36 credit

Despite our long conversation & your assurances that my acc would be sorted, again this month I have been overcharged! The credit you gave me for errors in prev months taken this month error! What do I need to do to sort this when all agree it’s incorrect? This is ridiculous
@virginmedia Hi Bethany, despite our conversation last month, my bill for November has come in and I’ve been overcharged yet again!! I thought you had sorted this? So again you credited the errors but then taken the wrong money from me so I’m back to square 1. This is getting beyond a joke
@virginmedia Yes it’s completely wrong. They agree it’s wrong as notes confirm this. Say they’ll credit & adjust but doesn’t happen & now 3 months on still taking my money. 1 advisor & two managers! have promised to amend it but hasn’t been done 😬. At a loss how to get this sorted!
@virginmedia Hi, yes charging me too much the last 3 months. They agree it’s wrong as in their notes it shouldn’t be this, so agree to credit and amend it and then it doesn’t happen! Now 1 advisor & 2 managers who’ve said they will do it and haven’t hence calling every month, now 5 times! 🤯
