@virginmedia Can’t afford the ridiculous price increases on the bills so trying to get it down to an affordable rate but can’t get through to anyone about this, now considering cancelling but seems that would be a challenge too if today’s phone calls are anything to go by 🤷🏼‍♀️

@lucywhitespmu @loveholidaysCS I wouldn’t bother going with them. We are currently stuck in an Egypt with no room and no record of the booking their end. Having to pay again for a hotel we’ve already paid to stay in due to not being able to contact @loveholidays

When you finally get to your hotel and @loveholidays have only booked you one room even though you’ve paid for 2. Now having to pay another £100 for one night in a hotel we’ve already paid for until they can “maybe sort it tomorrow”
