@Wimbledon That was a hilarious way to start her speech

[Sarah Miller @SJM4893]

@leurbostviking @ViewFromTheQ I did t even bother, the toilet queue looked so long. Definitely need extra ones

[Sarah Miller @SJM4893]

@taylorswift13 Beyond exciting and can’t wait to scream this with you next August!❤️

[Sarah Miller @SJM4893]

@gilalym @AXS_UK @rblovestswift I completely agree, also axs hasn’t clarified who the ‘lead Booker’ is anywhere on their website! So how were we to know! Only Ticketmaster did

[Sarah Miller @SJM4893]

So I need help! I bought VIP tickets through a friends @AXS_UK account but used my card. Does this mean I am the lead Booker???? #ErasTour #axs #ErasTourtickets

[Sarah Miller @SJM4893]

@AXS_UK @rblovestswift Hi, if the account holder is there to show ID but doesn’t have a ticket can they show it then go?

[Sarah Miller @SJM4893]

@hannahliznqt @AXS_UK So much misinformation, they even said to me that if the account holder is there to show ID then go it would usually be okay but not sure in this instance, they have no clue.

[Sarah Miller @SJM4893]

@Rosiejoy21 @AXS_UK The same happended to me, it’s currently pending on my online baking..

[Sarah Miller @SJM4893]

@Kimfrankel14818 @streamfolkore @AXS_UK So many people are gunna have this issue though so they can’t not let everyone in

[Sarah Miller @SJM4893]

@Kimfrankel14818 @streamfolkore @AXS_UK Same!

[Sarah Miller @SJM4893]

@rblovestswift @AXS_UK I hope it is! Don’t think you can change the name on axs..

[Sarah Miller @SJM4893]

@Kimfrankel14818 @streamfolkore @AXS_UK Do you have vip?

[Sarah Miller @SJM4893]

@Kimfrankel14818 @streamfolkore @AXS_UK Yes I am, a friend used her axs account but used my card to get me and my husband tickets

[Sarah Miller @SJM4893]

@Kimfrankel14818 @streamfolkore @AXS_UK So they could just have to show ID then could leave I guess

[Sarah Miller @SJM4893]

@streamfolkore @AXS_UK I’ve seen other replies saying otherwise so I’m so confused

[Sarah Miller @SJM4893]

@streamfolkore @AXS_UK Name on the axs account or card holder account?

[Sarah Miller @SJM4893]

@1234makeawish @gowans_lynne @AXS_UK I just need clarification as I spent so much on the tickets for vip!

[Sarah Miller @SJM4893]

@gowans_lynne @1234makeawish @AXS_UK I bought my tickets through axs so want to check it is the same

[Sarah Miller @SJM4893]

@1234makeawish @gowans_lynne @AXS_UK No I didn’t yet unfortunately.

[Sarah Miller @SJM4893]

@gowans_lynne @AXS_UK Yes that’s what I thought but axs customer service chat didn’t know! 😖

[Sarah Miller @SJM4893]

@francispug07 @ben_mccluskey @AXS_UK Phew! I was starting to get worried as it’s my friends axs account but my debit card
