@airindia With Taj Hotels as an organisation to support please take help to first curate an appropriate menu based on time and then serve good quality food. Also pls improve soft services before the infrastructure improves
@airindia We had a great experience at checkin when Anupam Sinha did a fabulous job with our group of 8 pax. The plane was nice and landed 15 minutes late. The food however continues to be a BIG disappointment

Flew @airindia from Kolkata to New Delhi. What does a traveler want. (1) Quick and easy check-in, (2) Smooth boarding, (3) Nice cabin and seats (4) Good service from cabin staff (5) On time arrival and (6) Quick luggage delivery. When one gets all this, then it is a 10/10 score.
Flew @airindia from DEL to ATQ. Everything was great. Checkin, boarding, inflight, arrival etc. The only issue was the aircraft was old . #AIFans#FlyAI
Whatβs on the airline front? South Korea #JejuAir crash with 176 sad deaths, #AirCanada plane catching fire and #KLM plane sliding off the runway. Thankfully no casualties on these flights. Hope flying gets safer. Prayers for the lost lives in Jeju Air.
