Officers are normally called to the worst moments in a person’s life—trauma and tragedy are an unfortunate reality. But yesterday, we got a different kind of call.

Jennifer, aka J-Lo, one of our amazing NorCal Special Olympics athletes, turned 55 and wished for a patrol car drive-by with lights and siren. Our patrol team went above and beyond with balloons, flowers, and a signed card.

She called it the best birthday ever.
