The maritime dispute btw Kenya v Somalia is easy to resolve...let the ICJ which has assumed jurisdiction adjudicate. Kenya's DESPERATION on bilateral resolution of the dispute btw the two countries is testimony of the hopelessness of Kenya's position under international law.

@Somalia_MENA The govt must retrain all the militia it has incorporated into #SNA. it pays the salary of more than 25,000 troops. Those trained by turkey are very capable and professional. I don't see any training going on. Hopefully, those coming from Eritrea might be effective like #GORGOR
