@zomatocare ordered 2 Arabian shawarma and got 2 spicy Shawermas instead. Complained in the app, it asked me to upload picture, I did it 3 times then it asked to do upload again...and now it's not accepting my images...what is this nonsense.

@SwiggyCares i ordered food today and when it came, the Chinese was completely covered in soysause and it was burnt. I could not eat it and with the 2 bites i took, I'm feeling sick...reported it on the app and they say they cannot help, I had to throw the food

@zeptocares order says delivered butit has not been delivered yet. My order was broken into 2 deliveries, one was delivered properly and the second one hasn't been delivered yet...please look into this

@bankofbaroda @BankofBarodaCEO just visited your Santacruz East kalina branch. This was one of the worst experience I have ever had. So unprofessional, so misbehaved and rude. Asked for a simple address change last week and she yelled at my 75 years old mother.

@zeptocares once again I ordered something on you app, it was multiple items, one item was missing and now I'm chatting with your person in the app and he says I do not qualify for a refund...I never asked for a refund, I just want my one missing item that I have paid for..

So I got this rapido auto in the morning, first he refused to go because I was paying rapido directly. Then after that he was not referring to the map and then hit another person under goregaon East bridge and continued to drive away...

I asked him to stop and he drove way ahead of my destination and ended the ride.i asked him to go back but he said no because the cops under the bridge will catch him. I had to take another auto to reach my destination.
