राज्यों में भारी बारिश और बाढ़ ने तबाही मचा दी है. राजस्थान, गुजरात और पंजाब सहित कई क्षेत्रों में जलस्तर बढ़ने से इस प्रकार के लोग इनकम टैक्स रिटर्न भरना संभव नहीं .....क्या उनको टैक्स रिटर्न भरने के लिए अतिरिक्त समय नहीं मिलना चाहिए .....आयकर रिटर्न की देय तिथि बढ़ाई जानी चाहिए
